In order to have a profile picture you will first need to upload an image so some kind of image hosting site (such as photobucket).
1.Starting on the home page, go to your profile.
2.Select 'modify profile' from the top section.
3. Scroll down until you find these Avatar options (below) and place the direct link in the URL section. For the largest possible size (which is still quite small) you want to change the number for height and width both to 100.
