Did you call it years ago? Did you see it coming? Or were you totally surprised?
I thought maybe, but after all this time I just assumed she must obviously be straight.

I knew she was gay!! I don't know why, but I knew it.
But I was definitely surprised by her speech. I didn't expect her to come out yesterday! =)

This is quite embarrassing but up until this moring I had no idea who Ellen Page even was. Never hard her name, never saw her before. Whoopsie daisies! Yet, since tumblr blew up and a friend of mine also sent a message "You have to go see this speech she gave!" I now know more!  I must say that was a superb speech! What are your thoughts on that speech? |

Did everyone listen to the speech that Ellen Page gave the other day? If you haven't, you should. She's so intelligent, insightful and passionate. I really admire her. She put into words, the thoughts and feelings that many of us have had.

I was so moved by her speech, the fact that she was on the verge of tears the whole time got to me. Im sure it felt amazing to finally say it out loud, and have all that support around her.
