I'm femme, not very obviously gay, and I find it so difficult to meet any other gay girls, especially other femme ones. It's a bit ridiculous how impossible this stuff is, how do you guys actually meet people!?

Hey! Come to my university, there are a lot of lesbians there and there are 3 of them in my English class! But seriously, have you tried any gay bar or is there any LGBT club you can join? For my part, I got very lucky, when I came out, a lot of my friends told me they were gay and bi too ..

Well, they like to hide in dark, dank places. They also hate sunlight. They're kinda like vampires. Sexy and elusive.

I have always found it heard to meet other women. Not only have I been rebuffed on several occasions, I actually had a classmate get angry and act insulted when I asked her out. It was hurtful because i was expressing my honest affection. It's ok, though, i have not changed my feelings for women. I'm just a little more guarded. It shouldn't be that way, I know, but I can deal with it.

I'm in the same boat too, but I'm hoping to go to a gay bar soon with a few of my friends (for support) it's my first time ever going to one, so am a little nervous. I've never been good at getting noticed, or being liked (so I'm not entirely sure what will happen) but I think maybe once people know you're out of the closet, maybe wear a rainbow chain, band or badge? It just might give people a sign that it's okay to chat and hang out with you (and perhaps something more?) I really have no idea what I'm talking about though, as it's only recently I've had the courage to come out and properly talk about who I am, this is all completely new to me
